Litigation can be both costly and stressful. Mediation provides an excellent opportunity for the parties to resolve their conflicts outside of the courtroom in a timely and cost-efficient manner. A skilled mediator guides the parties through the mediation process toward resolution of each issue. Mediation provides the parties the opportunity to take control and ownership of the decisions that will affect their children, finances and future.
Michele is a certified mediator and a member of the Iowa Association of Mediators. She has received training in domestic violence mediation protocol. Her extensive knowledge of family law issues, coupled with her insight into the emotions involved in such cases, provides her with the ability to creatively resolve conflict and assist the parties in reaching a mutually agreeable resolution.
