Michele began practicing law in 1993 in Rock Island, Illinois. She received her Iowa law license in 1995. Since that time, Michele has practiced law in the Quad Cities, Des Moines, and Cedar Falls/Waterloo. Throughout her career, Michele’s practice has focused primarily on family law, appeals, juvenile law and mediation. She is a certified mediator with the Iowa Association of Mediators and serves as a family law mediator for the First Judicial District of Iowa.

In addition to her practice, Michele has been an active leader in the community and a committed volunteer.
